Type Design

The objective was to create a design using our name. We had to use shapes to create a background and change the font and fill of the text to make the design interesting. We used the shape builder tool to make the desired shapes we wanted in incorporate into the design. Then the shapes were filled with a gradient fill to make it stand out. Last, we typed in our name and changed the font and fill to make it more appealing.

PP3 Creative Landscape We learned how to use the Gradient Annotator to create a landscape. We applied gradient fills to mountains in order to create the illusion of being far away from the sun. We had to adjust the colors from bright to dark to achieve this effect.	PP4 Polygonal Animal Project This assignment required us to select an image of an animal and create a polygonal art piece. We used the polygon shape tool to cover a small area and sample that color of the area. Also we had to scale and modify the shapes to fit all together. This process had to be repeated until the animal was complete.
